    Our pricing is based on volume (the amount of space that your items occupy in the truck) and the labor associated with your removal, which includes 2+ fully insured team members to handle all of the lifting and loading at your home or place of business.

  • What size jobs do you service?

    We handle all size jobs, from single item pickups to complete residential & commercial cleanouts.

  • Is there an extra charge for same-day or next-day service?

    No, there is no extra charge for same-day or next-day service.

  • Do I have to pay a fee for an estimate?

    No, our estimates are 100% free, and carry no obligation. It is an easy, hassle-free process.

  • Is there an appointment cancellation fee?

    No, you are not charged a fee for cancelling an appointment. 

  • Do I have to move anything before my pickup appointment?

    No. Once our team arrives on site you just simply point out the item/s that you would like removed (anywhere on the property), and our team will happily take care of all the lifting and loading, as well as a full sweep-up of the area to eliminate any left-over debris.

  • Do you take paint?

    Yes. We remove and recycle paint.

  • What items do you not take?

    We do not take: Dirt, oil tanks, hazardous waste, cars & trucks.

  • Do you offer contactless service?

    Yes we do. Just inquire about it when initially reaching out and we will happily walk you through every step. It is an easy, straight-forward process!

  • Do certain heavy items cost more to have removed?

    The only time weight is calculated into pricing is in regards to heavier items such as cast iron tubs, tile, sheetrock, large amounts of wood, cement/stone etc.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Credit/Debit, Cash, and Checks. 

  • Do my gas appliances have to be disconnected from the gas line prior to pickup?

    Yes, all gas appliances must be disconnected from gas line prior to pickup.
